The Vision Behind Aashay
I'm Prachi Joshi, founder and Director of Aashay Advisors Ltd. I'm a Chartered Accountant (ICAI), hold a CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting, and am a member of the ICAEW with a sustainability certification. Growing up, I watched the people around me live in harmony with nature, becoming the inspiration behind my drive to help businesses become sustainable.
My career began in the audit rooms of a small accountancy firm in India, before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and moving to the UK. Since then, I've worked across practice, charity finance, and advisory; working on year-end accounts and tax to leading system changes and building the reporting that helps leadership teams actually understand their numbers.
Over 20+ years of experience across audit, tax, charity finance, and advisory roles in India and the UK, I kept coming back to the same conclusion: efficient, accurate reporting is what makes good strategy possible in the first place. My goal with Aashay Advisors is to be the advisor who gets reporting right: someone clients can lean on for strategies built for the long term.
Along the way, I also observed that the businesses that last are always the ones with the most efficient systems, built with an eye for the future. That's the belief Aashay Advisors is built on.
